WE DID IT!

Well no pictures, just good news. We made it through the semester!! I will admit there were a few times I had my doubts. It's so bittersweet to finish, it gets so stressful and so hard and then you finish and you do it and you do good at it. Then it's over and you are left feeling so good like you could take on the world because you just accomplished something really hard. Our classes this semester were very hard and both of us got all A's and B's. We were pretty proud of that considering all that we had going on. Plus we got A's in the classes we were really going for. In two semesters Justin has completed 33 credits. Me, only 24...but we are proud and moving right along with our school and feel so blessed with all the support that we have from friends and families. 1 year down....ugh thousands to go? Lets just celebrate that we have one year down!

I Couldn't Help It

It was 7:30 Jett was wide awake. I take him in the other room so Justin could sleep until he had to get up to work. I change Jett's diaper and we do our regular wrestle to get the diaper back on. Except this time I wasn't up for the wrestle, so I let him go and think I'll get him in a minute. I go to get him because he is knocking on dad's door yelling and this is what I see. I couldn't help myself. That's pretty much the cutest picture moment. EVER. Hungy Buns in the morning ;)

A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood...

The other day it was so nice outside with no wind we decided to take Jett's buggy and little car and eat sandwiches at the park for dinner. We stayed there till it was almost dark and Jett never once slowed down. We enjoyed our little evening and I got lots of fun pictures of him.

Jett Turns 1!

Have you seen my one year old newborn lately? He is getting so big and learns things so quick. We spend so much of our time laughing at him! He is a blast. He played on his birthday and we had a little party for him. He had close family and friends come and he was spoiled rotten. He was the star of the night and he knew and loved it!

The cake...he was tired and not interested!
The decor...the cake was a train if you can't tell (give me a break, it was my first cake)
The presents...He was loving his ball pit, everyone was laughing at him because he was so excited and he was just eating it right up!
This year has flown by so fast, it hurts to think all those cute stages he went through are gone. But we enjoyed and tried to soak up every minute of it. Jett is our world and we feel so lucky that we get to be his parents. He has changed us in so many ways and I thank this sweet little spirit for coming to us. We love this stage in our lives right now and our little Jett is our whole world. I was writing in his journal the other night and praying in my heart that I can remember how these fun moments with just the three of us. We love this boy to the moon and back!

Cool DUDE!

Happy Easter!

We went to Show Low for Easter this year. We originally had plans to go to the valley for opening day for the Diamondbacks but money sent us to Show Low instead. We are glad we went, it was fun and relaxing! We watched the game at Moga's house and grilled hot dogs just like we were at the game, so it was just as fun! Saturday we went on a picnic to Brown Creek, it was nice to get out and just enjoy and go on little walk. That night we went to Grandma Net's and Grandpa Eben's house. Grandma Net made her famous tacos and Jett got to play with a few of his cousins while we visited. Easter morning we were surprised with a few goodies that the Easter bunny brought then we went to church with both grandma's. Moga had the lesson in relief society on immortality of the soul and did a wonderful job. That night we had dinner with the family at Moga's house and we left town. It was a really fun weekend!

THAT HAIR

Have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE THIS BOYS HAIR?!

Sunday Funday!

One Sunday we went for a little walk down to the creek that runs right under the main road, we put Jetts feet in the water looked around and went home. It's always nice to get out of the house, even if it's just for a minute!
